提出了一种适合于非晶合金铸坯连续生产的复合铸型连续铸造法并据此建立了一套水平连铸装置。采用拉停循环的间歇式拉坯方式成功连铸出直径10mm长度60cm的Zr基非晶合金棒材。金相、XRD、DSC等分析结果表明该方法制备的非晶合金有很好的非晶性。还基于非晶合金形成的CCT曲线,探讨了复合铸型连续铸造法形成非晶合金的冷却过程。该方法可用于非晶合金棒材工业化生产,并能降低生产成本,促进非晶合金研究的发展和应用。
A continuous casting method suitable for the continuous production of amorphous alloy billet was proposed and a set of horizontal continuous casting equipment was established. The continuous casting method was used to successfully cast Zr-based amorphous alloy rods with diameter of 10mm and length of 60cm. The results of metallography, XRD, DSC and so on show that the amorphous alloy prepared by the method has good non-crystallinity. Based on the CCT curve of amorphous alloy, the cooling process of amorphous alloy by continuous casting process was discussed. The method can be used for the industrial production of amorphous alloy bar, and can reduce the production cost and promote the development and application of the research of the amorphous alloy.
