在党政领导人才素质标准的结构中,应该包括政治、品德、能力、身体与心理基础5个方面的素质。其中,政治标准是前提,品德标准与能力标准是关键,身体与心理素质标准是基础。在能力标准中包括知识、技能、经验与绩效;在心理基础中包括气质、性格、意志、心理健康状态与思维特点;在身体标准中包括生理健康状况与五官特点。
In the structure of the qualifications of leaders and leaders of the Party and government, we should include the qualities of the five aspects of politics, morality, ability, physical and psychological foundation. Among them, the political standards are the preconditions, the moral standards and competence standards are the key, and the standards of physical and psychological quality are the foundation.
