大蒜是莱西地区目前一种主要栽培蔬菜,历年栽培面积在20万亩以上,为提高当地蒜农的经济收入,1998年以来我们进行大面积大蒜覆膜高产优质栽培技术试验研究与推广,示范园区平均亩产蒜苔1000公斤,蒜头1000公斤,最高亩产超过1250公斤,所产大蒜苔绿、质嫩,蒜头肥大、色白、辣味浓、粘性好,市场竞争力强,大量出口,经济效益十分可观,现将主要技术总结如下。
