在柴油机领域中,为了降低各种排放以满足逐年严格的有关环境保护的排放法规的要求以及为满足包括燃油耗在内的各种用户的要求,已对喷油系统提出了创新的技术开发期望。我们正在应用一个被称为“ECD—U2”的理想的喷油系统来满足上述要求。 “ECD—U2”是通过使用一个高速响应电磁阀控制的喷油器对喷油定时进行优化,且使燃油具有很高压力的喷油系统。该系统也具有在一次喷油中的喷油规律(喷油率)的可控制性,这是它们的最大优点之一。 本报告的重点在于新的喷油器结构的开发,以实现为柴油机燃烧所需要的喷油率形状。
In the diesel engine field, innovative fueling technology development expectations have been proposed for fuel injection systems to reduce emissions to meet year-by-year stringent environmental regulations and requirements for various users, including fuel consumption . We are using an ideal injection system called “ECD-U2” to meet the above requirements. The “ECD-U2” is an injection system that optimizes injection timing with a fuel injector controlled by a high-speed response solenoid valve and provides high pressure fuel. This system also has the controllability of the fuel injection rate (fuel injection rate) in a single injection, which is one of their greatest advantages. The focus of this report is on the development of a new fuel injector structure to achieve the shape of the fuel injection rate required for diesel combustion.
