向人血浆中加入１μｍｏｌ／Ｌ亚甲蓝，以１００００ｌｘ强度的溴钨灯光照射５ｍｉｎ，可灭活１０６５ＴＣＩＤ５０的水泡性口炎病毒与１０７４１ＴＣＩＤ５０的辛德毕斯病毒；作用２ｍｉｎ可灭活１０５０９ＴＣＩＤ５０的人免疫缺陷１型病毒。但作用６０ｍｉｎ仍不能破坏ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性。
