已有的临床和实验研究均表明循环白细胞计数变化与急性心肌梗塞(AMI)病情及转归有着密切的关系。但国内有关循环白细胞与AMI心律失常的发生、梗塞面积、病情轻重及近期预后关系的报导尚不多见,本文就此对我院近年来的部分AMI患者进行初步分析。 1 资料与方法
Existing clinical and experimental studies have shown that changes in circulating white blood cell count and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) disease and prognosis are closely related. However, there are few reports on the relationship between circulating leukocytes and arrhythmia, infarct size, severity of illness and recent prognosis in our country.
