将DBA/2雌鼠与C_(57)BL/6雄鼠杂交后,利用其F_2代连续进行兄妹交配,建立了DXB/c近交系小鼠。目前已近交28代,历时13年。经皮肤移植试验、下颌骨形态分析、混合淋巴细胞培养、毛色基因及生化标志基因检测,表明DXB/c系小鼠的基因已经纯合,符合一个近交系小鼠的标准。毛色基因及生化标志基因测试结果同时表明DXB/c系小鼠的遗传背景组合了两亲代品系的遗传基因。
The DBA / 2 female mice were crossed with C57BL / 6 male mice, and their F2 progeny were crossed for their siblings to establish DXB / c inbred mice. Currently 28 generations have been made, lasted 13 years. The transplanted skin test, mandibular morphology analysis, mixed lymphocyte culture, coat color gene and biochemical marker gene detection indicated that the gene of DXB / c mice had been homozygous and conformed to the standard of an inbred mouse. Coat color genes and biochemical marker gene test results also showed that the genetic background of DXB / c mice combined the genetic parents of the two parents.
