在连续两届全国农村综合经济实力百强县评选中,北京市顺义县都榜上有名。这是全县人民努力的结果,也饱含着县财政部门同志的辛勤劳作。1993年,该县财政局被评为全国财政系统先进集体,就是一个最好的说明。借顺义县财政局做好1993年度工作总结之际,我们前去采访。刘存凤局长百忙中抽空向我们介绍了他们近几年抓住机遇,振兴财政的经验。
In two consecutive national comprehensive economic strength of the top 100 counties, Shunyi County, Beijing are on the list. This is the result of the efforts of the people in the county, but also full of hard work of the county financial department comrades. In 1993, the county’s financial bureau was named the national advanced collective of financial system, is a best description. By Shunyi County Department of Finance to do the 1993 annual summary of work, we went to interview. In his busy schedule, Secretary Stephen LAU Cun-feng briefed us on their experience in seizing opportunities and revitalizing finance in recent years.
