有些人经过紧张劳动或剧烈运动后,常感到浑身关节酸痛,为了尽快地解除疲劳,常爱吃些鸡、蛋、肉等补充营养。其实,这种饮食不利解除劳动后的疲劳。人在劳动或锻炼中,体内的糖、脂肪、蛋白质大量分解。在分解过程中产生乳酸、磷酸等酸性物质,积聚在体内。这些物质刺激人体器官,使人体感到肌肉、关节酸痛和精神疲乏。要把这些“废物”排出体外,单纯食用肉类,不利于疲劳的解除。
