利用IL-6生存依赖性小鼠杂交后7TD1细胞对卵巢癌细胞培养上清液和卵巢肿瘤患者的血清和腹水样本进行了IL-6的生物活性测定,结果显示:体外培养的2株卵巢癌细胞系都有自发产生IL-6的能力,在良性病变的18例血清和6例腹腔渗出液中,IL-6检出率仅为11.1%和16.7%,相反,12例卵巢癌血清和14例恶性腹水样本分别达75%和100%,11例癌瘤术后化疗的血清样本中,7例IL-6阴性,4例阳性(36.4%)。结果提示,外周血IL-6的水平与卵巢肿瘤的恶性转化明显相关,故可望成为卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断和抗癌疗效监测的新的生物指标。
The biological activity of IL-6 in serum and ascites samples from ovarian cancer cell culture supernatant and ovarian tumor patients was determined using 7TD1 cells after hybridization in IL-6 survival-dependent mice. The results showed that in vitro culture of 2 ovarian cancer The cell lines all had the ability to produce IL-6 spontaneously. In 18 cases of benign lesions and 6 cases of peritoneal exudate, the detection rates of IL-6 were only 11.1% and 16.7% respectively. On the contrary, 12 cases Ovarian cancer serum and 14 cases of malignant ascites samples were 75% and 100% respectively. Of the 11 serum samples from the postoperative chemotherapy, 7 were negative for IL-6 and 4 were positive (36.4%). The results suggest that the level of IL-6 in peripheral blood is significantly correlated with the malignant transformation of ovarian tumors, so it is expected to become a new biological indicator for the differential diagnosis and anti-cancer efficacy monitoring of ovarian tumors.
