金融反恐领域的国际法律合作是当代国际社会反恐法治的重要方面。联合国《制止向恐怖主义提供资助的国际公约》、联合国安理会的反恐融资系列决议以及国际组织金融行动特别工作组(FATF)关于反恐融资的特别建议共同构成了金融反恐国际合作法律体系的基本框架,在金融反恐国际法治合作中具有积极的作用,但其中也存在一些需要检讨与完善的问题。金融反恐国际合作法律在各国的执行情况也存在明显差异。
International legal cooperation in the field of financial anti-terrorism is an important aspect of the anti-terrorism law and order in the contemporary international community. The UN International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism, the UN Security Counterterrorism Financing Series Resolution and the FATF Special Proposal on Combating Terrorism Financing jointly form the basic framework of the legal system for international cooperation in fighting terrorism. It plays a positive role in the international legal cooperation in financial and terrorist fighting, but there are also some problems that need to be reviewed and improved. There are also significant differences in the implementation of the law on international cooperation in fighting against terrorism in various countries.
