对甘肃省天保工程二期生态监测的现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出解决问题的对策和建议。即编制具有统一监测指标、方法、评价考核体系的全省天保工程二期生态监测实施方案;从天保工程二期森林管护费中提留的公用经费中拨付生态监测经费,并且形成专项资金拨付制度;举办天保工程生态监测培训班,对从事此项工作的专业技术人员进行系统培训。
The status quo and existing problems of the ecological monitoring of the second phase of the natural forest protection project in Gansu Province were analyzed, and the solutions and suggestions to solve the problems were put forward. That is, to compile the implementation plan of the second phase of the natural forest protection project of the whole province with unified monitoring index, method and appraisal system; to allocate funds for ecological monitoring from the public funds raised in the second phase of the Tianbao project forest management fee and form a special fund disbursement system ; Hold Tianbao project ecological monitoring training courses, to carry out systematic training of professional and technical personnel engaged in this work.
