目的为了解句容市病媒生物的种群、数量、分布及季节消长规律,为制定科学合理的病媒生物防治方案提供依据。方法按照《江苏省病媒生物监测方案》的要求,鼠密度监测采用夜夹法,蚊类监测采用诱蚊灯法,蝇类监测采用诱蝇笼诱法,蟑螂监测采用蟑螂屋诱捕法,每月进行密度监测。结果 3年平均鼠密度为0.38%,褐家鼠为优势鼠种;蚊密度为0.66只/人工小时,淡色库蚊为优势蚊种;蝇密度为1.95只/个,家蝇为优势蝇种;蟑螂密度为0.28只/张,德国小蠊为优势种。结论对鼠、蟑螂的防治应采取加强卫生宣传以及治理环境和化学药物并重的综合治理方针;对蚊、蝇的防治应主要采取搞好环境卫生、清除孳生地的综合治理措施。

Conclusion The prevention and treatment of rats and cockroaches should adopt the comprehensive treatment guideline of strengthening publicity on health and treating both the environment and chemical drugs. The prevention and treatment of mosquitoes and flies should mainly adopt the comprehensive measures to improve sanitation and remove breeding places.
