[目的]研究壳聚糖对盐胁迫下番茄幼苗生理生化指标的影响。[方法]在200mmol/LNaCl胁迫下用叶面喷洒的诱导方法探讨150mg/L壳聚糖对番茄幼苗的抗盐生理作用。[结果]壳聚糖处理后比盐胁迫处理的叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、CAT活性分别提高了26.8%、10.7%、10%、58.3%,MDA含量下降了62.5%。[结论]壳聚糖可以延缓盐胁迫下叶绿素含量的下降、降低细胞膜脂过氧化作用、提高细胞的渗透调节能力、可以提高保护性酶的活性,提高番茄幼苗抗盐的协同生理作用。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the effects of chitosan on physiological and biochemical indexes of tomato seedlings under salt stress. [Method] The salt resistance physiological effects of 150mg / L chitosan on tomato seedlings were studied by foliar spraying under the stress of 200mmol / L NaCl. [Result] The contents of chlorophyll, free proline, SOD activity and CAT activity increased by 26.8%, 10.7%, 10%, 58.3% and 62.5% respectively under the treatment of chitosan. [Conclusion] Chitosan could retard the decrease of chlorophyll content, decrease the lipid peroxidation of cell membrane and improve the osmotic regulation of cells, and increase the activity of protective enzyme and the synergistic physiological effect of resisting salt in tomato seedlings.
