在天然气长输管道建设过程中,燃压机组燃气轮机机型的选择和机组台数的合理配置十分重要。介绍西气东输一线工程燃驱站机组现状,对装有38台功率为30MW左右的轻型燃气轮机采用“1+1”和“2+0”或“2+1”的配置方法进行分析,指出了存在的问题。分析结果表明,在我国目前尚不具备生产轻型燃气轮机的条件下,不宜一味选用轻型燃气轮机。每站的机组配置至少3台,可以分期建设,并留有扩建余地。这不仅直接关系到长输管道能否安全平稳运行,而且对管道输气运营成本影响极大。根据理论和实际运行效果的分析,就以上两个重大技术问题进行了深入研究和探讨。
During the construction of natural gas long-distance pipelines, it is very important to select the gas turbine model of the pressure unit and the reasonable configuration of the unit number. This paper introduces the status quo of the first station of West-East Gas Transmission Project, and adopts “1 + 1 ” and “2 + 0” or “2 + 1” for 38 light-powered gas turbines with a power of about 30MW Configuration method to analyze, pointed out the existing problems. The analysis results show that light gas turbine should not be blindly chosen under the condition that there is not enough light gas turbine in our country at present. Each station configuration of at least 3 units, can be built in stages, and leave room for expansion. This is not only directly related to the long-distance pipeline can run safely and smoothly, but also greatly affect the pipeline gas transportation costs. According to the analysis of the theory and the actual operation effect, the above two major technical problems have been deeply studied and discussed.
