重庆市交通委员会文件渝交委港[2014]22号各区县(自治县)交通局(委)、各相关单位:为进一步提升我市水运项目建设管理水平,推进全市水运工程建设,我委制定了《重庆市水运工程建设单位管理办法(试行)》。现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。重庆市水运工程建设单位管理办法(试行)为加强我市对水运建设项目法人的管理,规范项目管理行为,提高项目管理水平,根据《港口建设管理规定》(交通部令2007年第5号令)、《航道建设管理规定》(交通部令2007年第3号令)等规定,制定本办法。
