近日,浙江海亮股份发布公告,拟以32.54亿元收购河南金龙精密铜管集团股份有限公司100%的股权。这起国内最大铜加工企业并购重组备受业界关注。作为全球最大的铜管加工企业,曾依靠技术创新和产品质量叱咤国内外市场的金龙,突然走上并购重组之路,令人深思。1990年,从河南新乡一个濒临破产的小厂起步,短短20余年,金龙铜管一路高歌猛进,成功跻身全球铜加工领域巨头。
