化纤工业是我国具有国际竞争优势的产业,是纺织工业整体竞争力提升的重要支柱产业,也是战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分。“十二五”期间,我国化纤工业持续推进结构调整和产业升级,行业整体保持平稳、可持续的发展态势,较好完成了“十二五”发展规划的主要目标和任务,为实现化纤强国的目标奠定了坚实的基础。“十三五”期间是我国从化纤大国到基本建成化纤强国的关键时期,也是化纤工业适应把握引领新常态,稳步推进供给侧结构性改革和实施“三品”
Chemical fiber industry is an industry with international competitive advantage in our country. It is an important pillar industry to enhance the overall competitiveness of the textile industry and an important part of the strategic emerging industries. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China’s chemical fiber industry continued to push forward structural adjustment and industrial upgrading. The industry as a whole maintained a steady and sustainable development momentum and completed the major objectives and tasks of the 12th Five-year Development Plan. It has laid a solid foundation for the realization of the goal of chemical fiber powerhouse. During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, China’s key period from the major chemical fiber country to the basically completed chemical fiber powerhouse is also the key point for the chemical fiber industry to adapt and grasp the new normal and steadily push forward the supply-side structural reform and implementation of the “three-product”
