本文通过对山东省市、县、乡镇三级医院的14所医院采甩选点普查的方法,共计1621名医院职工进行调查分析结果表明,目前医院职工的优势需要和对现况问题中的不满意度均以生理需要为著,并对学习和晋升中存在的问题也表示了强烈的不满。总的不满因素中,有85%以上的问题不满意度大于60%,在管理上,应根据医院职工所表现出的不满情绪和医院工作的重要程度做好职工的行为管理。
This article analyzes the results of a survey conducted by 14 hospitals in three levels of hospitals in cities, counties, and townships in Shandong Province. A total of 1,621 hospital employees were surveyed and analyzed. The results show that the current needs of hospital workers and the current situation are not. Satisfaction is based on physical needs, and it also expresses strong dissatisfaction with the problems in learning and promotion. Among the total dissatisfaction factors, there are more than 85% of the problems. The degree of dissatisfaction is greater than 60%. In terms of management, the behavior of the employees should be managed according to the dissatisfaction exhibited by the hospital staff and the importance of hospital work.
