4例均为男性病人,年龄32～44岁,分别有不同程度的慢性胃部疾患。服用胃复安前下颌功能均正常。下颌功能障碍中3例是在服胃复安10mg后3小时,1例是在服胃复安后9小时出现下颌功能障碍。主要表现:咀嚼肌、颞颌关节处剧痛,伴半张口位,流涎、牙关紧闭、焦虑,发作时间1～3分钟。但每次发作后对症处理一般症状完全缓解,同时嘱病人停用胃复安,症状未在复发。其中1例病人自主服胃复安2小时后 4 cases were male patients, aged 32 to 44 years old, with varying degrees of chronic gastric disorders.
