省人大常委会:今年是《中华人民共和国反家庭暴力法》颁布实施一周年,《浙江省预防和制止家庭暴力条例》颁布实施6周年。省人大常委会决定对我省反家庭暴力法律法规贯彻实施情况开展检查。3月份,内务司法委员会组成执法检查组,在省人大常委会副主任厉志海带领下,先后到宁波、温州、金华检查,听取各市及部分县(市、区)贯彻实施反家庭暴力法律法
Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee: This year marks the first anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the “Anti-Domestic Violence Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the 6th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the “Regulations on Prevention and Suppression of Domestic Violence in Zhejiang Province”. Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee decided to conduct anti-domestic violence in our province to implement the laws and regulations to carry out inspections. In March, under the leadership of Li Zhihai, deputy director of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, the Internal Affairs and Judicial Committee formed a law enforcement inspection team and successively went to Ningbo, Wenzhou and Jinhua to inspect and listen to the implementation of the Law against Domestic Violence by cities and some counties (cities and districts)
