马克思的企业管理理论,是从双重角度阐发的。梳理和重温马克思的管理理论,具有重要意义;在新技术革命作用下,一般劳动过程出现了一系列新变化,引发了当代企业管理出现新的特点;现阶段的管理劳动,无论从自然过程抑或从经济过程看,都属于生产劳动,而且是高级的复杂劳动;在我国,私营企业主的管理劳动同样具有两重性,但与西方国家的企业主相比,又具有不同的特点。
