评述广域测量系统及广域控制保护系统的构成、关键技术及应用领域,提出广域测量预警控制系统的概念。分别讨论了基于纯相量测量单元(PMU)数据的应用功能,以及结合PMU数据与模型仿真结果的应用功能。在此基础上指出广域测量预警控制系统理论和应用的瓶颈及可能的解决途径。
Comment on the composition, key technologies and application fields of wide area measurement system and wide area control and protection system, and put forward the concept of wide area measurement and warning control system. The application functions based on pure phasor measurement unit (PMU) data and the application functions combining the PMU data with the model simulation results are respectively discussed. On this basis, it points out the bottleneck of the theory and application of wide area measurement and warning control system and possible solutions.
