为探讨肾盂肿瘤的B超图像表现特点,本文分析我院1991年以来B超检查的11例,并与手术和病理结果对照,报告如下.一、临床资料1.病例:11例中,男8例,女3例.年龄46～73岁.右肾8例,左肾3例.病程1～2年.临床主要表现:间歇性无痛性血尿8例,间歇性血尿伴腰痛2例;反复尿频、尿急、尿痛伴血尿1例.11例肾盂肿瘤中,移行细胞乳头状癌7例;移行细胞癌3例(其中伴鳞化1例);肾盂淀粉样变性1例.
