本文对解决在林业企业实行工资总额同实现税利、资源培育双挂钩后,出现的乱升级、滥发奖金提高补助标准等短期行为问题,提出了比较系统的调整措施和办法。
This paper addresses the short-term behavioral problems such as chaotic upgrades and excessive bonus bonuses after the implementation of double-linked payrolls and resource development in forestry enterprises, and proposes comparative adjustment measures and methods.
