研究了化学镀Co-P合金镀层中磷含量与工艺条件的关系及产生非品结构的成分条件。研究结果表明,通过改善镀液中次亚磷酸钠与硫酸钴的摩尔比和pH值可以控制镀层磷含量。当磷含量高于8.79%(质量比,下同)时,镀层表现为非晶态结构、低于8.79%时则表现为晶态结构。非晶态结构镀层具有较高的显微硬度和耐蚀性,而晶态结构镀层具有较好的结合力。
The relationship between phosphorus content in electroless plating Co-P alloy coating and technological conditions and the compositional conditions of non-product structure were studied. The results show that by improving the bath of sodium hypophosphite and cobalt sulfate molar ratio and pH can control the coating phosphorus content. When the phosphorus content is higher than 8.79% (mass ratio, the same below), the coating showed an amorphous structure, below 8.79% showed a crystalline structure. Amorphous structure of the coating has high microhardness and corrosion resistance, while the crystalline structure of the coating has better adhesion.
