研究了一种基于未变性胶原生物表面活性剂(简称LSCS)在水溶液中的表面吸附性质。LSCS生物表面活性剂经表面张力法测得其临界胶束浓度(CMC)为2.0×10-3mg/mL,在CMC时表面张力为54.5mN/m;LSCS水溶液的表面饱和吸附量为6.61×10-11mol/cm2,其吸附等温线属于Langmuir型等温线。经Gibbs吸附公式分析表明:LSCS水溶液的表面吸附在标准状态下能自发进行。
A surface-adsorbing property based on unmodified collagen biosurfactant (LSCS) in aqueous solution was investigated. LSCS biosurfactant has a critical micelle concentration (CMC) of 2.0 × 10-3mg / mL as measured by surface tension method and a surface tension of 54.5mN / m at CMC; the saturated adsorption capacity of LSCS aqueous solution is 6.61 × 10 -11mol / cm2, the adsorption isotherm belongs to the Langmuir-type isotherm. Gibbs adsorption formula analysis showed that: LSCS aqueous surface adsorption in the standard state spontaneously.
