《建筑钢结构焊接规程》是原国家建筑工程总局以(82)建工科字第14号文件下达给湖北省建筑工程总公司负责组织编制的。参加编制工作的有:冶金部建筑研究总院、重庆钢铁设计研究院、机械工业部哈尔滨焊接研究所、宝山钢铁厂、武汉钢铁公司金属结构厂、武汉冶金设备制造厂和哈尔滨建筑工程学院等单位。在编制过程中,经过调研、试验验证、初审和征求意见等阶段,于一九八六年七月十五日至二十二日在山东省烟台市召开了审查会。会议由城乡建设部科技局主持,参加会议的有:部分省、市建设厅(委)、建筑工程总公司和国务院有关部所属的科研、设计、制作、安装单位,以及高等院校等三十二个单位的代表以及编制组成员,共四十一人。
The “Rules for the Welding of Architectural Steel Structures” was issued by the former State Construction Engineering General Administration under the No. 14 Document of (82) Construction Engineering Letters to the Hubei Provincial Construction Engineering Corporation. Participating in the preparation work include: the Ministry of Metallurgical Construction Research Institute, Chongqing Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute, Ministry of Machinery Industry Harbin Welding Institute, Baoshan Iron and Steel Plant, Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Metal Structure Factory, Wuhan Metallurgical Equipment Manufacturing Plant and Harbin Institute of Architecture and Engineering and other units . In the preparation process, after a period of investigation, test verification, preliminary examination and opinion solicitation, a review meeting was held in Yantai City, Shandong Province from July 15th to 1986. The meeting was presided over by the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction. The participants included the research, design, production, and installation units of some provincial and municipal Construction Departments (Commission), Construction Engineering Corporation, and relevant departments of the State Council, as well as universities and colleges. There are forty-one representatives of the two organizations and members of the preparation team.
