目的 :探讨腭裂手术能否不输血。方法 :将使用双极电凝前所有都输血的腭裂手术与使用双极电凝后不输血的腭裂手术进行对照研究 ,比较术后并发症如裂开、穿孔、出血等。结果 :没有输血的腭裂手术并发症无显著性增加。结论 :腭裂手术可以不需输血 ,同样能达到手术治愈腭裂的目的 Objective: To investigate whether cleft palate surgery can not transfusion. METHODS: All paired bipolar coagulation transfusion cleft palate surgery and the use of bipolar coagulation without blood transfusion cleft palate surgery control study, compared postoperative complications such as rupture, perforation, bleeding and so on. Results: There was no significant increase in complications of cleft palate without transfusion. Conclusion: Cleft palate surgery can be without blood transfusion, the same can achieve the purpose of surgical treatment of cleft palate
