针对集散控制系统（DCS）在尿素装置控制中的应用状况，研究了一个实际尿素装置的DCS—微机—微机三级计算机优化控制系统，开发了一整套的系统应用软件，完成了尿素生产管理—优化—控制一体化的组织和实现。文中的思想和方法在某尿素生产过程中得到了应用，实施结果令人满意。
Aiming at the application condition of DCS in the urea plant control, a three-level computer optimization control system of DCS-microcomputer-microcomputer in an actual urea plant was researched. A set of system application software was developed to complete the urea production management - Optimization - Controls the organization and implementation of integration. The ideas and methods in this article have been applied in a urea production process and the results are satisfactory.
