目前国内外油田上常用的高分子调剖剂多属单一交联体系。该文介绍了一种聚合物与SP及XT的双交联体系调剖剂,阐述了它的配方、室内研究、施工工艺及现场应用情况。在该调剖剂的室内研究过程中,首次运用了国内较先进的三管长岩心试验装置,进行了模拟试验,实现了不同渗透率地层的选择性封堵。该调剖剂适用于封堵中、高渗透率的砂岩油藏。与其它高分子调剖剂相比,具有交联可靠、抗剪切能力强、成胶后强度大、成胶时间可控等优点,适用于40℃~110℃的油层。经现场验证,工艺简单、合理,对非均质油层的吸水剖面改善明显,是一种廉价的新型有机类调剖剂。
At present, the polymer profile control agent commonly used in domestic and overseas oil fields is mostly a single cross-linking system. This paper introduces a double cross-linking system profile control agent for polymer and SP and XT, and describes its formulation, indoor research, construction technology and field application. In the laboratory research of this profile control agent, the more advanced three-tube long core test device in China was used for the first time, and the simulation test was carried out to realize the selective sealing of strata with different permeability. The profile control agent is suitable for sealing medium and high permeability sandstone reservoirs. Compared with other polymer profile control agents, it has the advantages of reliable cross-linking, strong anti-shear ability, high strength after gelling, and controllable gelling time. It is suitable for oil layer of 40 ℃ ~ 110 ℃. The field verification, the process is simple and reasonable, to improve the water absorption profile of heterogeneous reservoir obviously, is a cheap new organic profile control agent.
