2南繁科研育种成效据不完全统计,50年来,北京市育成了小麦、玉米、番茄、瓜类等优良品种超过1 000个,其中80%以上的品种都经过了南繁选育或加代。很多优良品种迅速在全国大面积推广,产生了巨大的经济效益。北京市南繁工作有效促进了全市主要农作物品种的选育和种子生产,加快了农业科技创新步伐,在北京市农作物新品种更新换代、“米袋子”“菜篮子”建设和都市型现代农业、现代种业发展上发挥了重要作用。
