1980年5月10日到13日,由铁道部科技局和基建总局联合主持,在成都铁二局召开了“燃烧剂控制爆破”技术成果阶段审查会议。参加会议的有国家科委成果办公室、贵州省科委、铁道部科研所、工程局、设计院以及工人日报社等39个单位,共66名代表。会议期间,代表们参观了成都热电厂采用铝粉燃烧剂清除钢筋混凝土旧基础的爆破表演;听取了许宁同志的技术报告,并进行了热烈地讨论。
From May 10 to May 13, 1980, jointly chaired by the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Railways and the Capital Construction Bureau, a review meeting of the technical achievement phase of “Controlled Blasting Blasting” was held in Chengdu Iron Second Bureau. There were 66 representatives from 39 scientific research institutes, scientific research institutes, engineering bureaus, design institutes and workers ’daily newspapers of the State Science and Technology Commission, Science and Technology Commission of Guizhou Province, Workers’ Daily News Agency and so on. During the meeting, delegates visited the blasting show of Chengdu Thermal Power Plant using aluminum powder burning agent to remove the old foundation of reinforced concrete. He listened to the technical report of Comrade Xu Ning and conducted a lively discussion.
