目的建立参柏颗粒中甘草苷、柚皮苷和盐酸小檗碱的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长276 nm,柱温30℃。结果甘草苷、柚皮苷、盐酸小檗碱的线性范围分别为0.164~0.820、0.480~2.400、0.048~0.240μg,平均回收率分别为98.6%、98.4%、98.0%。结论该方法简便快速、准确灵敏,为评价和控制参柏颗粒的质量提供了可靠的方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of liquiritin, naringin and berberine hydrochloride in Shenbai granules. Methods The column was Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with a gradient of 1.0 mL / min. The detection wavelength was 276 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear ranges of liquiritin, naringin and berberine were 0.164-0.820, 0.480-2.400 and 0.048-0.240 μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.6%, 98.4% and 98.0%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, accurate and sensitive, and provides a reliable method for evaluating and controlling the quality of Shenbo granules.
