为了进一步贯彻一九七七年华北、中原地区平原绿化现场会议精神,认真落实英明领袖华主席“要在全国大大提倡一下植树造林”和“一定要抓好种苗,搞好苗圃”的重要指示,加快平原绿化,冀、鲁、予三省林业检查团,从五月十一日开始,由农林部顾问荀昌五同志率领,对去冬今春平原地区绿化工作进行一次联合检查。参加这次联查的有冀、鲁、予三省和二十六个平原地区林业(农林)局长,国家林业总局的同志也莅临指导,共三十九人。全部联查工作,由于三省省委,省革委和有关地、市、县委、革委的重视和全体同志的共同努力,已于六月七日胜利结束。
