目的:探讨视网膜静脉分支阻塞(branchretinalveinocclusion,BRVO)和中央静脉阻塞(centralretinalveinocclusion,CRVO)患眼振荡电位(oscilatorypotentials,OPs)的频域和时域参数及其临床应用。方法:测定了BRVO9例9只眼、CRVO9例9只眼和40只正常对照眼的OPs,并经快速富里叶变换得到OPs的频谱。对BRVO、CRVO患眼和正常眼的OPs频域和时域各参数进行了比较。结果:与正常对照眼比较,BRVO患眼的OPs在110~250Hz频率范围内主频率显著下降;平均频谱的幅度、总功率、最大振幅和最大功率无显著改变;OPs前3个子波潜伏期和前两个子波振幅以及4个子波振幅总和均显著异常。CRVO患眼在150~180Hz平均频谱的幅度显著下降;在110~250Hz频率范围内其他频域参数有显著改变,OPs4个子波潜伏期、前3个子波的振幅及4个子波振幅总和均显著异常。结论:BRVO和CRVO患眼OPs各频域和时域参数均有改变,其中以CRVO患眼的改变更显著。这些参数可为临床评估视网膜静脉阻塞患眼提供客观指标
Objective: To investigate the frequency and time domain parameters of ocular oscillations potentials (OPs) in patients with retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) and central venous occlusion (CRVO) and their clinical application. Methods: The OPs of 9 eyes of BRVO9, 9 eyes of CRVO9 and 40 eyes of normal control were measured, and the spectrum of OPs was obtained by fast Fourier transform. The parameters of OPs frequency and time domain in BRVO and CRVO eyes and normal eyes were compared. Results: Compared with the control eyes, the main frequency of OPs in BRVO eyes decreased significantly in the frequency range of 110 ~ 250Hz. There was no significant change in the average spectrum amplitude, total power, maximum amplitude and maximum power; The amplitudes of the two wavelets and the sum of the amplitudes of the four wavelets are significantly abnormal. The amplitude of the average spectrum of CRVO in 150-180 Hz decreased significantly. The other parameters in the frequency range of 110-250 Hz changed significantly. The latency of 4 wavelets of OPs, the amplitudes of the first 3 wavelets and the sum of 4 wave amplitudes were all significantly abnormal. CONCLUSION: The parameters of OPs in BRVO and CRVO all change in different frequency and time domains, especially in patients with CRVO. These parameters can provide objective indicators for clinical assessment of retinal vein occlusion
