[目的]研究肝细胞生长因子(HGF)受体c-met与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在大肠癌组织中的表达,探讨两者与肿瘤微血管生成及临床病理特征间的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化法检测56例(其中41例癌旁正常黏膜)大肠癌组织中c-met、VEGF表达以及MVD参数。[结果]c-met、VEGF在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为67.8%和53.6%;在癌旁正常黏膜组织中的阳性率分别为12.2%和14.6%(P<0.001)。c-met、VEGF的阳性标本MVD值与其阴性标本之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。VEGF表达与肿瘤浸润深度、Dukes’分期及淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05),而与分化程度、年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。c-met表达与肿瘤分化程度、Dukes’分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。c-met表达与VEGF表达趋于一致。[结论]c-met、VEGF在大肠癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁黏膜组织。c-met与VEGF相互作用共同促进肿瘤血管生成。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of c-met of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in colorectal carcinoma and to explore the relationship between them and the tumor angiogenesis and clinicopathological features. [Method] Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of c-met, VEGF and MVD in 56 cases (including 41 cases of adjacent normal mucosa) of colorectal carcinoma. [Results] The positive rates of c-met and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues were 67.8% and 53.6%, respectively. The positive rates of c-met and VEGF in colorectal mucosa were 12.2% and 14.6% (P <0.001), respectively. There was a significant difference between MVD values of c-met and VEGF positive specimens and their negative specimens (P <0.05). The expression of VEGF was correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, Dukes’ stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with the degree of differentiation, age and gender (P> 0.05). The expression of c-met was correlated with the degree of differentiation, Dukes’ stage, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with gender and age (P> 0.05). c-met expression and VEGF expression tend to be consistent. [Conclusion] The expressions of c-met and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues are significantly higher than those in para-cancerous tissues. The interaction of c-met with VEGF promotes tumor angiogenesis.
