聚氨酯粉煤灰复合材料是一种新型的桥梁加固材料,主要成分为多异氰酸酯、改性聚醚多元醇、低等级粉煤灰和改性剂,具有轻质高强、难燃、防水、防腐等特点。为了研究MPC高韧性聚合物加固后简支T梁桥的实际工作状况,以某3×20m钢筋混凝土T梁桥为工程背景,采用Midas/Civil有限元软件建立结构计算模型,分别对加固前后桥梁进行荷载试验,通过挠度与应变的对比分析,得到结构挠度下降38.2%,应变值降低27.3%,承载能力提升了26.3%。研究表明,MPC复合材料加固的简支T梁可以明显提高桥梁的极限承载能力,刚度也有不同程度地提高,为以后简支T梁桥加固提供了参考依据。
