2010年以来,海南省直机关各单位党组织紧密围绕服务中心、建设队伍两大任务,以建设“学习型机关、服务型机关、创新型机关、和谐型机关、廉洁型机关”(以下简称“五型”机关)为目标,以深入开展创先争优活动为载体,统筹推进机关党的建设和业务工作,使活动收到明显成效,为海南国际旅游岛建设提供坚强的政治保障和组织保证。一是构建学习组织体系。普遍成立学习型党组织督查领导小组,定期开展专项督查;以党组(党委)理论中心组为龙头,提高素质本领,着力建设学习型机关
