我厂由于设在郊外,有70%的职工、家属住在农村,每逢假期后职工带来很多的医药费报销单.通过半年来的调查发现,农村合作医疗制度比较混乱,它们片面追求利润,大力推销补药,为一些不自觉的职工开“绿灯”.单据没有存根联,有的化整为零,或少买药多开票,各种各样的现象都有,造成我们医药福利基金严重超支.为此,建议卫生部门加强农村合作医疗的管理,教育医务人员,树立为人民服务的观点,不要片面追求利润.税务部门也要抓一抓农村合
