方法:研究对象为7例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期的轻、中度原发性高血压病人。研究前停用降压药至少2周。所有病人在早上先卧床休息1小时后口服单剂doxazosin(DAS)2 mg,以后6例病人继续服用本剂量,每日1次,连续5～8天。结果:在单剂给药时,收缩压和平均血压均显著下降,给药后6小时达最低水平,降压作用持续12小时,心率不变;在连续给药时,收缩压和平均血压也显著下降,给药后4小时达最低水平,降压作用持续24小时,心
Methods: The subjects were 7 patients with stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ mild to moderate essential hypertension. Antihypertensive drugs were discontinued for at least 2 weeks before the study. All patients received oral single-dose doxazosin (DAS) 2 mg 1h after bed rest in the morning, and 6 patients continued to take this dose once daily for 5-8 days. Results: Systolic blood pressure and mean blood pressure decreased significantly after single-dose administration, reached the lowest level at 6 hours after administration, and the antihypertensive effect persisted for 12 hours with no changes in heart rate.
