为实现审稿费的自动化管理,利用 Access 创建了审稿费管理系统。该系统是对原稿件管理系统的进一步开发,使其功能更加完善,审稿费管理所需数据不必重新输入,是原系统数据的重用。系统运行后可按月查询审稿费的支付情况,打印输出审稿费支付清单和审稿费邮寄汇款单,极大地提高了工作效率。
In order to realize the automatic management of the reviewers’ fee, Access was used to create a reviewer fee management system. The system is the further development of the original manuscript management system to make it more complete functions, the data needed for reviewing fee management do not have to re-enter, the original system data reuse. After the system is run, it can inquire about the payment of review fee monthly, print out the payment list of review fee, and mail the remittance slip for reviewing fee, greatly improving work efficiency.
