我们知道我们国家正在进行新一轮的水库水电开发,水资源作为一种可再生资源,在我们煤石油等各种不可再生资源的过渡开发,水资源是我们国家应该注重开发的一种资源。水库作为水资源的存储室,当水资源充沛的时候,它可以把水资源以水的势能的形式储存起来,当我们需要的时候我们可以再利用他们。所以说水库对于水资源的利用是非常重要的。没有水库我们只能听天由命。但是有了水库我们可以人为的控制水资源的利用,使它更好的为我们人类服务。
We know that our country is carrying out a new round of hydropower development in reservoirs. As a renewable resource, water resources are the resources that our country should pay attention to in the development of various non-renewable resources such as coal and oil. As a storehouse of water resources, reservoirs can store water resources in the form of water’s potential energy when it is abundant, and we can reuse them when we need it. Therefore, reservoir utilization of water resources is very important. We can only listen to our lives without reservoirs. However, with reservoirs, we can artificially control the utilization of water resources and make it serve our humanity better.
