在修理AK-10型起动机时,由于缺少曲柄总成装配专用工具,很难保证前、后半轴的同轴度。我们在修理中自制了一个专用工具,经几年的使用,效果很好。做法是: 选一个1140型柴油机的旧气缸套,考虑到活塞下止点位置气缸套内壁的磨损比上止点位置轻,为提高装配精度,在缸套的下部位置上开一缺口。开缺口时,先用手钢锯在缸套下部位置的一侧锯出两条相距35毫米,深60毫米的锯缝。再用手电钻在两锯缝底部之间钻5~6个φ5毫米的孔,然后用锤子敲掉中间部分,并用板锉将缺口锉整齐,
