加强优秀运动员文化素质教育,有利于中国竞技体育的可持续发展,更有利于运动员的职业生涯规划。本研究以文化生态学视角出发,通过采用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对陕西省优秀运动员文化教育的现状进行调查,了解文化素质教育存在的问题,提出加强陕西省优秀运动员文化教育工作的对策。 Strengthening the cultural quality education for elite athletes is conducive to the sustainable development of Chinese competitive sports and is more conducive to the career planning of athletes. Based on the perspective of cultural ecology, this study investigates the current situation of cultural education for elite athletes in Shaanxi Province by using the methods of questionnaire survey and interviews, so as to understand the existing problems of cultural quality education and put forward suggestions to strengthen cultural and educational work of elite athletes in Shaanxi Province Countermeasures.
