1999年6月29日财政部、国家经济贸易委员会、人事部,国家发展计划委员会联合发部的《国家资本金效绩评价规则》和《国有资本金效绩评价操作细则》(财统字〔1999〕2号)已在本刊1999年第9期转载。现将财政部1999年6月29日印发的《国有资本金效绩评价指标解释》(财统字〔1999〕3号)转载如下。1999年7月9日财政部还发出了关于印发《国有资本金效绩评价计分方法》的通知(财统字〔1999〕6号)、关于印发《国有资本金效绩评价有关标准的通知》(财统字〔1999〕7号)和关于印发《企业效绩评价行业基本分类的通知》(财统字〔1999〕8号),本刊受篇幅所限,不再转载。
On June 29, 1999, the Rules for Performance Appraisal of National Capital Performance and Rules for Performance Appraisal of State-owned Capital (MOF [1999] No. 2 issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Personnel and the Joint Development Department of the State Development Planning Commission ) Has been published in the ninth issue 1999 period. Now the Ministry of Finance issued on June 29, 1999 “state-owned capital performance evaluation index interpretation” (fiscal word [1999] No. 3) is reproduced below. On July 9, 1999, the Ministry of Finance also issued a circular on the issuance of the “Method for Scoring and Evaluating the Performance of State-owned Capital” (Cai Tong Zi 〔1999〕 No. 6) and the Notice on Printing and Issuing the Relevant Standards for Performance Evaluation of State-owned Capital Word [1999] No. 7) and the Notice on Issuing the “Basic Classification of Enterprise Performance Evaluation Industries” (Cai Tong Zi [1999] No. 8), this publication is limited in length and will not be reproduced.
