在单因素基础上,采用响应面分析法对影响射干黄酮得率的主要因素(提取时间、液料比、乙醇浓度)进行优化,建立了影响因素与响应值(黄酮提取率)之间的函数关系。根据回归方程寻优得出,最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度76.3%、液料比11∶1、80℃下提取2.5h,在该工艺条件下黄酮实际得率达9.841%。结果表明,响应面法对射干黄酮的提取条件优化合理可行,可为工业生产提供理论依据。
On the basis of single factor, response surface analysis was used to optimize the main factors (extraction time, liquid-to-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration) affecting the yield of effervescent flavonoids, and the function between the influencing factors and the response value (flavonoid extraction rate) relationship. According to the regression equation, the optimum conditions were ethanol concentration 76.3%, liquid-to-liquid ratio 11:1, extraction at 80 ℃ for 2.5h, and the actual yield of flavonoids reached 9.841% under the conditions of the process. The results show that the response surface method is reasonable and feasible to optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids, which can provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
