改革开放以来,在单纯生产型向生产经营型转变过程中,大中型钢铁企业在强化管理,深化改革方面取得了较大进展,企业内部经营机制得到了一定的改善。但是由于外部环境不配套,内部改革不彻底,一些深层次问题至今未得到根本解决。在市场需求剧烈变动中,对市场风险的承受能力不强,应变能力差,许多大中型钢铁企业因此而身陷困境,企业应有的活力难以充分发挥出来。
Since the reform and opening up, large and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises have made great progress in strengthening management and deepening reforms in the process of transforming from a simple production type to a production-oriented one. The internal operating mechanism of the company has been improved. However, due to the lack of an external environment and internal reforms, some deep-level issues have not yet been fundamentally resolved. In the fierce changes in market demand, the market risk tolerance is not strong, the ability to adapt is poor, many large and medium-sized steel companies are trapped in this situation, the company’s vitality is difficult to fully play out.
