将3种胶粘剂体系(如205/252体系、813/821体系和P-11/538体系等)分别与不同金属基材(如铁片、镀锌片和不锈钢等)进行金属-三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的粘接,并比较了不同胶接件的粘接效果。研究结果表明:当涂膜厚度为5~25μm、硫化温度为135~185℃和硫化时间为15 min时,813/821体系中铁片-EPDM胶接件的粘接效果相对最好。
The three kinds of adhesive systems (such as 205/252 system, 813/821 system and P-11/538 system, etc.) with different metal substrates (such as iron, galvanized sheet and stainless steel, etc.) Rubber (EPDM) bonding, and compared the bonding effect of different adhesive. The results show that when the thickness of the coating is 5 ~ 25μm, the curing temperature is 135 ~ 185 ℃ and the curing time is 15 min, the bonding effect of iron sheet-EPDM adhesive is the best in 813/821 system.
