This year, the State Council issued the “Notice of the State Council Approved by the State Development and Reform Commission on Deepening the Reform of Enterprises and Strengthening the Management Opinions of Enterprises in the Process of Bankruptcy Regulations,” which stipulates that corporate risk mortgage contracting should be perfected and a risk mechanism should be gradually established.
